The Western State University Law Review Association does not necessarily subscribe to the viewpoints that are contained in the journal. All works are chosen on the basis of the level of scholarly presentation of legal issues and usefulness to the legal community. Citations in manuscripts should follow the form prescribed in ALWD and Darby Dickerson, ALWD & Darby Dickerson, ALWD Citation Manual; A Professional System of Citation (4th ed. Aspen Publishers 2010). Manuscripts may be returned only if a self addressed, postage prepaid envelope is submitted with the manuscript. We encourage electronic Submissions.
