Holly Gorton, Regional Development Manager with New York Life Regional Development Manager at New York Life I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives.

As the Regional Development Manager for the West Central Region, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. My core functions include:
1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents.
2. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents.
3. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting tec

4. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum.
