Herbie and Kathy Phillips have been married for thirty-two years. They have three adult children a son and two daughters, two sons “in-love”, and six granddaughters. A dog named Coco Chenille and a cat named Zsa Zsa Gabor both out of rescue from the SPCA. Began real estate carriers in 1993 as husband and wife team.
