Just like many agents out there. I get asked the million dollar question "should I wait and buy when prices go down?"... The reality is that they are not going down. Experts all point in the same direction. Houses will continue to appreciate by an average of 9.0% for the rest of the year. Just yesterday, I had an appraisal come back $10,000 over offer price💰💰... We may see that prices will soften up, meaning they will not increase at the rate they previously were, but that does not mean prices will go down. Supply is still too low for the current demand. 🏠🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻🙋🏼‍♂️🙋🏽‍♂️🙋🏾‍♀️
