When criminal allegations overlap with divorce and custody disputes, the stakes can be life-changing.

In this recent case, our client faced charges for Assault Family Violence and Interference with a 911 Call after being arrested by Frisco PD. The complainant supported prosecution and never signed an affidavit of non-prosecution. Despite those challenges, both cases were dismissed.

The defense focused on uncovering and presenting evidence that told the complete story, leading prosecutors to dismiss both charges.
