“IPS” is owned and operated by Ed & Linda Koleen, both licensed Real Estate Brokers, licensed since 1986 & 1997 respectively, while being a part of Koleen Realty. Such management duties caused us to set Policy & Procedures to ensure that all Tenants and Properties were uniformly managed; including financial management, documentation of Tenancy issues, non-conformance to Lease terms, etc. As a resu

lt of that… we had established a rather successful template to ensure positive results - while maximizing income for our clients. As Real Estate Brokers, we began representing Investors who needed Property Management services. On a case by case basis, we began offering our services to those Clients who requested it, as a separate division of Koleen Realty. As more and more Clients and services were added, we realized there was a real “need” for trustworthy Property Managers with professional expertise. Linda’s background in Accounting & Marketing and Ed’s in Sales & Customer Service provided a strong foundation for the start of a partnership! We then founded “IPS” Property Management in February of 2001, specializing in single-family Residential homes and/or other properties our Clients owned. Our services then expanded to include commercial properties & Vacation Rentals whenever required. We are a one-stop Shop and are flexible to customizing programs to meet the ever challenging needs of the Market and our Clients. We are a member of CAA (California Apartment Association), CBA (Credit Bureau Associates), CAR (California Association of Realtors), NAR (National Association of Realtors) and Fresno MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Ed Koleen, a lifelong resident of Fresno County, is a man dedicated to strong family values and high business principles. Ed’s education includes Fresno City College and Cal-Poly, San Luis Obispo. Ed continues to take courses to stay updated and abreast of the evolving real estate markets. His initial focus was on residential property listings and sales, along with personal involvement in income-producing investments. He has also owned and managed a small fruit and nut business on the central coast of California. Ed’s background gives him the business sense and knowledge of the San Joaquin Valley; his previous business ventures have provided a firm basis for his career in all aspects of real estate. Linda Koleen, born and raised in New Jersey, traveled across the country with Corporate Job transfers. Her interests include: family, friends, yoga & spin. Linda’s education includes Montclair State College and Dale Carnegie Professional Programs. Linda’s corporate career as Administration Manager, V.P. Marketing and Director of Customer Satisfaction have provided her with over 17 years of large business management. Linda’s broad experience is brought to the table daily in their partnership and every time she meets with a client. Linda’s background in upper management has given her sharp negotiating skills, business sense and a straightforward, assertive approach to achieving what is in her client’s best interests. Spenser Koleen, born in Fresno County, is the next generation of IPS and its dedicated values. Spenser’s education includes Fresno City College, Fresno State University and Butte College in Chico. Spenser obtained his Real Estate license in 2019, began to learn from the experience of IPS, and form a plan to connect the company with new unreached audiences. His initial focus began with maintenance and leasing, along with personal involvement in clientele communication. He previously served many years leading the customer service experience inside our local Fresno Apple Store. Spenser’s experience gives him the business sense and knowledge of technology and service; his previous business passions have paved the way for his career in real estate and property management.
