Justice prevailed today when my client was acquitted of DUI by a jury of his peers. An otherwise stoic man, he wept after the verdict was read. My office worked hard from investigation to trial preparation. It was a true team effort.

A life top case was dismissed recenlty and my client was released from custody after spending over a year in jail. The DA can still re-file but it does not appear likely at this time. It is an honor and privilege to protect the rights of those accused of crimes. I continue to accept the challege!

After a week long trial and 2 days of deliberations, a jury deadlocked 7-5 with the majority in favor of not guilty. The DA will need to decide if she is going to re-try the case. Back to court in a week to decide if and when we will try the case again. Nobody gave my client a chance at victory, but that's what trials are for...
