A most important verdict for the Central Valley. These cases show the devasting effect of MICRA cap damages. We thank the Jury for recognizing the severe harm in this case and congratulate the Law Firm of Baradat and Paboojian for their outstanding result.

The 39-year-old mortgage broker has been in a persistent vegetative state for three years after suffering a brain injury, his lawyers say.
