ANNOUNCEMENT: I've accepted a very unique opportunity to work for the court full-time as their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Court Analyst beginning this month on the 17th and therefore have to discontinue all my business endeavors with Valentine Mediation, CVCMC non-profit, and any other ancillary mediation work prior to my employment. It would now be a conflict of interest. I know right...Bummer!! If there's anyone who would like to take over our organization and/or our beautiful office space, we can talk. However, I will take my passion and skills to assist the community in other ways as they face the daunting task of assessing whether or not they should participate in settlement negotiations or prepare for trial.

Employment Mediation Training, happening this week on the 20th. Feel free to join us.

Appearing as a guest speaker this Friday on Intimate Partner Violence for the court and its ADR community. Speaking from a DV Survivors point of view and I'm nervous. Prayerfully, it will all go well. The objective is to encourage other professional women to break fee from DV and get the help they need while training other mediator practitioners on what to look for when meeting their clients.
