30 year fixed rate is at an average of 3.71 percent right now!!! It has been indicated by the Fed that there will be an interest rate hike in June! It's a great time to invest while interest rates are low!!

Thought for the day ;) Internet sources are not reliable when trying to figure out the market value of your home!!

I am pulling comparables for a property I am working on and I came across the property on the internet. Two different sources priced the home drastically different - which is exactly why you can't count on a computer generated valuation.

I have currently been a Realtor for about 5 years now and I have heard and seen countless young adults my age, as well as older and younger who think they can't own a home and are currently renting. They think it just isn't in the cards for them or it will be something that may happen in the future.. But i'm here to tell you that you CAN!

At the age of 21, I bought my first home and it was the BEST investment I've ever made! February 10th will be our 4 year homeowner anniversary and there hasn't been a day I have regretted becoming a homeowner. My mortgage is less than a lot of people's rent and the best part is I get to OWN what I live in!! This investment that we made has helped me grow, motivated me to work hard and has given us possibilities to move up!
