Attention all...

July 1st, a new House Bill in Kansas will take effect. The new guidelines will mean a dramatic reduction in bonds being allowed/issued...and a dramatic increase in bond amounts.
In many cases, the minimum bond a judge is allowed to grant is $50,000 cash or surety.

Don't spend half the summer in jail! 👍
