This one means a lot to me and comes from the heart...

As a mom with a son in law enforcement and daughter who is a teacher, I see what it really looks like to show up for others—long hours, hard days, and not a lot of recognition.

And it made me start noticing how many people around us are doing the same thing in their own way… teachers, nurses, volunteers, neighbors who just always step up.

It feels like something we don’t celebrate enough.

Please don’t trust your life’s biggest asset to someone from a 100+ comment thread.

There are over 1,000 Realtors in our area… and only about 20% are actually out there selling homes. That’s a big financial risk.

Big changes are coming that could impact homeowners and buyers in a major way 👀

Virginia has passed a new law that will make it easier to build tiny homes (ADUs) right in your backyard—opening the door for more affordable housing options, multigenerational living, and even additional income opportunities. (Virginia Mercury)
