Housing Market Stats for the Fredericksburg area July 2024. Active Listings and New listings are up while homes coming under contract are down with Days on the Market up 19%. Depending on what county you are in sales prices could be down 2% or up 32% while units sold could be down 11% or up 27%. The good news is for Buyers that are seeing interest rates coming down and inventory going up.
