Holt for Heroes Holt for Heroes is an appreciation program for those who serve our community and country. Our average client saves $1,000 plus Holt for Homes, Inc.

has a new initiative called “Holt for Heroes” to show our appreciation for our military and reserve clients, and also for our “hometown heroes,” who labor in the trenches of our communities every day! Our program is offered to:

Teachers
Law enforcement personnel
Firefighters
Health-care and social services workers
Active duty military personnel
Reservists

We provide you with key discounts

on necessary services related to the home buying or selling process. We work with providers whom we trust, giving you the benefit of ‘one stop shopping’ with substantial discounts from title companies, home inspectors, mortgage companies, homeowners’ insurance companies, and movers. AND, Holt for Homes gives you a realtors’ credit at settlement, or a cash rebate after closing, depending upon what best suits the buyers’ circumstances. The amount will vary with the cost of the home purchased but will usually be between $500 and $1500 (see table below). Eligible sellers will receive a commission credit. In addition to discounts on necessary services we have arranged for discounts and coupons from local businesses which will be presented to you in a nice package at closing. These range from restaurant discounts to dinner theatre tickets to a free fitness class. There is no obligation or cost to any of our providers other than to honor their discounts/coupons for our clients and to ensure that their discounts are genuine; e.g.; taken from normal fees or prices. Similarly, there is no obligation or cost to you to use the discounts. Our program has NO administrative costs or hidden fees; our gifts to you come with no strings attached! We have NO marketing arrangements or affiliations with any of our providers. That is, we receive no compensation from them of any kind. They are chosen for participation in our program solely because we know they will do a great job for you! We think you will want to use our providers because of their quality and their discounts, but you are always free to choose, there is no obligation.
