Let’s talk about the current real estate market. We are seeing home prices still increasing. The median sold price increased 6% in Jan 2023 compared to Jan 2022 in Stafford County. We saw a 41% reduction in the number of homes sold. It’s also taking longer to sell homes with the average days on market at 42.

Hi, I'm Charlene Serrano, Realtor® with BlueLine Realty LLC. I started my Real Estate career because I am passionate about helping people and the connections I am able to make. As a military spouse, I have 10 years experience with the military lifestyle and the changes and moves that come with it. I have mastered the ability of adaptation and can offer insight based on my personal and professional experiences about local moves, out of state moves, and out of country moves. I have personal experience in real estate investment and sight unseen home purchases. I currently reside in Stafford County, Virginia with my husband, son, and two dogs. As a family we have visited 13 countries, road tripped cross country, lived in 4 different states and lived for a few years in 1 overseas country. Being able to travel with my family and see the world has shifted my perspective on life and and made me fall in love with reaI estate all over the globe. D.A.R.E. Basketball Game:

On March 9th, come out and join us as deputies and educators go head to head for a basketball fundraiser! This event supports our D.A.R.E. program and annual D.A.R.E. Day. Whether you’re a fan of law enforcement, teachers, or just basketball in general, this is the prefect event to join your community. There will also be concessions and raffles for anyone who wants to participate. We hope to see you there!
