Every once in a while, you have to slip away for a little family time. ❤️

Most of my clients probably never even know when I’m away because I do my best to stay on top of everything just like I’m sitting in my office. Maybe even faster at responding to txt and emails. I keep things moving behind the scenes.

But this trip has been a great reminder that having the right people around you makes all the difference.

While I’ve been away, Christie has absolutely been killing it! She’s been helping show properties, taking care of clients, and somehow even gained a few more clients along the way! 😂

And to those few clients who called and just couldn’t wait and maybe held it against me that I wasn’t immediately available… well, patience is a virtue! 😉 Sometimes a little patience pays off — and I promise, I’m still working even when I step away for a few days.

Family time matters. Building a great business matters. And having people you trust to keep things moving matters even more.

Feeling pretty fortunate on all three fronts. ❤️🏡
