THIS IS A LONG READ BUT VITAL TO OUR COMMUNITY.

A lot of people are unaware there are two Williamson County local elections which will be decided at the Republican primary on March 5. Why should you care who fills the office of Circuit Court Judge in Williamson County? Why should you care who is the sheriff of Williamson County?
Our judges hear a variety of cases; Divorce and custody, civil litigation, and yes, criminal cases. A large number of people over forty have been divorced or had to deal with custody issues regarding their child. Maybe you’re a business owner who finds themselves in the midst of a lawsuit. And sometimes the best among us can still find ourselves or worse, our children, on the wrong side of the law despite our best efforts to keep them on the right track. Everyone has their story. I would say most people don’t think it is that important to know who is deciding cases in your area until they find themselves in front of someone like that. Right?

I have been an Attorney for 7 years in Williamson County and have had hundreds of appearances in front of all sorts of judges. There are two candidates on the ballot for Circuit Court judge in Williamson County. DAVID VEILE is my candidate! I want to share with you why.
Again, most people outside of the legal community may not know (believe it or not) that cases are not resolved in an hour like they are on TV. Jury trials are extremely rare, and only the most advanced trial litigators can handle them. David has tried multiple criminal and civil jury trials. The other candidate has never had a jury trial, and practices only domestic law (family related issues). David has practiced in all areas of law; criminal, civil and domestic, while in recent years primarily criminal defense.
David is a family man and former police officer. His story is truly that of a public servant, and he is one of the smartest and most genuine people I know. I can’t say enough good things about the guy.
