Sad news from the offices of Ashworth and Rye: Truck, our beloved greeter and professional friend, traded his paws for wings yesterday. He gave Rob a goodbye bark and passed away right there in the office parking lot. He was with his favorite person at his favorite place. As always, his exit was selfless and drama free. A true friend to so many at the law firm, at the lake, at home and everywhere in between, he leaves a huge hole in our hearts. Duchess will eventually be promoted to Greeter, provided she can stop jumping out of turn and wagging her tail so hard our clients leave with whiplash. To Truck: there are no words, no amount of time, no number of hugs that would be enough to memorialize you. So long old friend…we will miss you terribly but know you’re feeling young and lazy again in heaven. 10 years simply isn’t enough time. 😇🪽🌈
