I have lived in Franklin, TN, since 2007, and have developed a successful real estate career in middle Tennessee. My husband is the Deputy District Attorney in Franklin, and we have two daughters in college and a teenage son. With 22 years of experience representing clients as an attorney and a realtor, I modified my career so that I now exclusively represent clients selling and buying real estate

as a professional realtor in middle Tennessee. I have earned the designations of GRI, ABR and SFR as a realtor in Tennessee. This year I plan to add the prestigious CRS designation and also add Broker to my list of credentials. Occasionally, when dealing with close relatives who might also become heirs, signing a note and handling the paperwork properly may seem like a needless effort but it could mean the difference in being able to take a legitimate interest deduction.

At the current pace, it would take about three and a half months to exhaust the supply of homes. A normal market has about a six-month supply.
