After an incredible chapter with C&S, Gabe and his wife Sam are officially heading to Austin, Texas for their next adventure.

What started as a client relationship after purchasing two homes through C&S eventually became a career in real estate built on serving others, building relationships, and helping clients feel at home in Nashville.

While we’ll miss having him here in Tennessee, we’re excited for this next season as he returns to his hometown roots in Austin to continue serving clients there.

As co-owner of C&S Residential and a Nashville native, Andy has spent decades building lifelong relationships through real estate and serving clients across Middle Tennessee. Since joining Melissa in 1999 as both her business partner and licensed agent, Andy has helped grow C&S Residential into the family-led company it is today. His background in advertising, creativity in marketing, and passion for people make him such a valuable part of our team.

When he’s not helping clients buy or sell a home, you’ll find him golfing at Westhaven, skiing on Center Hill Lake, spending time with Melissa and their dog Otis, or connecting with friends at the YMCA 🤍
