✨ What an honor and blessing to be among this list of amazing agents! A huge THANK YOU to my awesome September clients for being the reason I made this list! ❤️

My heart is always grateful that I get to do what I love and be a part of the Middle Tennessee real estate community. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and allowing me to be part of such an important journey!

🏠 2709 Cortlandt Ln, Nolensville, Silver Stream Farm, Williamson Co.

The owners have put SO much love into this beautiful and warm home since 2022. My FAVORITE is the complete renovation of the kitchen 😍

The renovation included:
✨new cabinets
✨new LVP flooring
✨new quartzite countertops
✨installing a huge island with a large sink with TWO faucets, TWO dishwashers and plenty of space for everyone to be seated
✨adding a wet bar/coffee bar that has a w**e refrigerator (will remain with the home) and butler sink that features a glass washing station
✨plenty of cabinets and a separate pantry for storage
✨not pictured but the large stand mixer is housed inside one of the cabinets and is on a shelf that rotates up to counter level so it does not have to be moved on and off the countertop!
✨the kitchen is open to the living room and dining room space making it perfect for entertaining!

While you are out and about this weekend, put on your list to visit this stunning updated home. MLS link in the comments!
