L.I stand all the way up for this Black History Month introducing “Cynthia Karen Loving”better known to the world as “LIL MO” born & raised in Bayshore Long Island. Mo began her career as a backing vocalist, session musician and songwriter. In early 1998, while submitting demo material to Elektra Records for Nicole Wray's 1998 debut album, Make It Hot, Mo caught the attention of Missy Elliott, who helped land her a contract deal with Elektra. On June 29, 1998, Mo released her debut single "5 Minutes" from the soundtrack for the Frankie Lymon biographical film Why Do Fools Fall in Love! Lil Mo hits are; Super Woman ft Fabolous, Put it on me Ft Ja Rule & Vita, I cry ft Ja Rule, Studio Albums Based on a True Story, Meet the Girl Next Door, Pain & Paper, P.S I love you, The Scarlet Letter, her awards include; MTV music Award best rap video 2001, Source Award single of the year 2001, Grammy Award best rap collaboration, and so much more. Her Filmography includes, R&B divas of Los Angeles, Black Dynamite, & Love & Hip Hop New York to name a few her resume is extensive from signing to Cash Money to beefing with Keyshia Cole!! She was also a radio host, who struggled with drug addiction and some failed marriages, but she has overcame all of that because she is a SUPERWOMAN from Strong Island let’s give LIL MO a round of applauds Suffolk County we got another one!! h
