✨ Board Member Spotlight: Jason Apollo Hart ✨
We are proud to highlight Jason Apollo Hart, owner of Apollo Law PLLC, located in downtown Frankfort. Jason is a dedicated criminal defense attorney and personal injury lawyer who is deeply passionate about ensuring fair representation and protecting the legal rights of all Kentuckians.
Originally from Dayton, Jason moved to Olympia Kentucky during his youth, where his passion for justice first began to take shape. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Berea College and later graduated cm laude from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.
Jason returned to Kentucky after law school and spent over eight years serving as a public defender, advocating for low-income individuals across the Commonwealth. His extensive experience spans district, circuit, family, juvenile, and appellate courts, where he has built a reputation as a tireless and passionate defender of justice.
Beyond his legal work, Jason is actively involved in the community. He has served as past Chair of the Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce, supports local initiatives like Capitol Pride, and currently contributes his time to organizations such as the Bluegrass Theatre Guild.
