LHC Lake Havasu City - Municipal Government, I have an important question. I read the article in the newspaper that states your "Fire Marshal" has finally retired! Does that mean that ARSON will now be considered a crime in Lake Havasu? OR, will ARSON still be legal if the fire marshal knows the ARSONIST(S)? OR, if the fire marshal went to school with the ARSONIST(S)? OR, if the fire marshal was friends with the ARSONIST(S) and/or their entire family? Also, will your new fire marshal be allowed to pretend to be an "ARSON INVESTIGATOR" for the purpose of allowing friends to legally commit ARSON? By all means, please enlighten me on the subject!! Please don't go to your police department to locate your two most crooked, corrupt cops on the force to threaten me again. It didn't scare me the first time you tried it, and it won't scare me now!

Stories Written in Hell Never Have Angels for Characters!!

Isn't that right Lake Havasu City Municipal Government? This story comes straight from the bowels of Hell itself! Lake Havasu City, Arizona!! The only city in the entire world where ARSON and TERRORISTIC THREATS are LEGAL!! Well, let me rephrase that. Arson and Terroristic Threats are legal apparently if you grew up with and went to school with LHC Fire Marshal Nathan Adler! And who do you think investigates a corrupt fire marshal? That would be the equally as corrupt Lake Havasu City Police Department!! Not only is my story completely unbelievable, but I was also informed of another story that is even worse. I am waiting for permission to tell the other story, which will absolutely blow your mind! Once permission is granted, I will edit and update this post.

In the meantime, Lake Havasu City Municipal Government has blocked me from any and all of their social media platforms to ensure that I can no longer put my website address on any of their sites. Seems crazy to me, even I would want to know what I am saying about them. It is my hope that anyone and everyone that reads this post will share this on any and all Lake Havasu City Municipal Government social media platforms! Here is my story of corruption, arson and terroristic threats. Is ARSON legal in any city or state other than Lake Havasu City, Arizona? I didn't think so, but I had to ask! So, here is what took place in Lake Havasu City. Two brothers that rented one of our homes were evicted for several reasons. Upon learning about the plans to legally evict them, threats were made to burn the house down. Those threats were followed by threats to kill us. They did not just make idle threats; those threats were posted day after day after day on social media. I went to the Lake Havasu City Police Department only to be informed by a Lake Havasu City Police Lieutenant that "MAKING THREATS IS NOT ILLEGAL"! Once the eviction became a reality, the two brothers intentionally caused over $25,000.00 in damage to the house. The same Police Lieutenant then informed me that the damage was a "Landlord-Tenant civil matter" and definitely not a police matter.

Exactly 30 days later the house was set on fire causing over $100,000.00 in damage. The same Lieutenant informed me that I could not prove it was the two brothers that set the house on fire. As I am standing in the front yard watching the fire department try to put out the fire, I was informed by the Fire Marshal that one of the fire fighters was going to be in charge of investigating the arson of my house because the Fire Marshal suddenly had to take an emergency vacation the following morning. What was not explained was that fire fighter went to school with the older brother and hung out at their house more than he was at his own house. That fire fighter absolutely did everything in his power to cover up his two friends ARSON. See the brothers, the "Arson investigator" and two crooked cops for yourself. Their names and photos can be found on my website. The Lake Havasu City Municipal Government has blocked me from all of their social media accounts to keep me from posting my website address. If any part of what I am saying were untrue, they would have hauled me into court as opposed to trying to block me from posting my site address.

Fountain Valley Police Department, please allow me to introduce you to Ronald Lynn Massey {Domestic Terrorist) and his wife, Melanie Diane Serna Massey pictured below.

This photo was taken in 2016. That is the house I rented to Ronnie and his brother Timothy Joseph Wilson, Jr., who now resides in Bellingham, Washington. Ronnie and TJ intentionally caused of $25,000.00 in damage to the home when I evicted them. For 30 days the brothers posted their intentions to burn my house on their social media and then send it to me. Exactly 30 days after causing $25,000.00 in damage, the brothers followed through and set the house on fire.

To this present day...Ronnie still lets me know on a regular basis that he got away with ARSON and DOMESTIC TERRORISM. There is NO statute of limitations on Domestic Terrorism in Arizona, and this case is still far from over. The US Department of Justice, ATF and FBI have said they have absolutely no problem with investigating the allegations of Arson and Domestic Terrorism but....it all starts with the local police department. Once you read the entire story along side the undeniable evidence, you will see that the Lake Havasu City Police and Fire Departments tried their best to COVER UP AN ARSON and DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

Ronald Lynn Massey and Timothy Joseph Wilson, Jr. got away with ARSON and DOMESTIC TERRORISM, and it wasn't good enough. As long as they continue to get away with this it will never end.

Fountain Valley Police Department he lives in your town now. He got away with the ARSON of my home and if you go to my website the proof is awaiting you. How could there possibly be a statute of limitations, when Ronnie has NOT stopped to this day! The more Ronnie returns to that house to prove his point, I will continue to advertise his activities for him. God help him when someone Google's his name. Or his brothers or the two two crooked cops pictured on my site.

What would you do if you could prove who was responsible for the ARSON of your home? Well, that is a picture of one of the two TERRORIST brothers responsible for burning that very house pictured. In fact Ronnie Massey and Melanie Diane Serna Massey of Fountain Valley, California returned to the house that Ronnie Massey and his brother Timothy Joseph (T.J.) Wilson, Jr., intentionally set on fire. This photo was taken in 2016. Ronald Massey returned to the scene of the crime, for a Kodak moment!!. After they got away with ARSON and DOMESTIC TERRORISM.

In light of the mass killings in Las Vegas just a couple of weeks ago, ALL reports of TERRORIST activity should be investigated!! If you read the story of what terror the brothers put us through prior to and after the ARSON of our home, you too will see the brothers should be charged with Terroristic Threats and Domestic Terrorism. And so should the Ex Police Capt., Ex Police Lt. and last but not least the "Arson Investigator".

There is a letter from the Mohave County Attorney on my site that states the Lake Havasu City Police also believe these two TERRORIST brothers are responsible for the ARSON of our house. Yet neither has EVER been questioned by the police. And you believe these two could NOT be the next Stephen Paddock? The cops protected them and encouraged their reign of TERROR and knew 30 days prior to the ARSON, that the brothers were planning the ARSON.

Out of these four individuals, which two do you believe are the criminals? Hard to tell anymore, isn't it? If you guessed the two with guns showing...you are absolutely right. If you guessed the other two, the corrupt cops...right again!! I am asking for your help, PLEASE. I need your help in getting 100,000 signatures to try and force the US Department of Justice, FBI and ATF to charge this group staring at you, with DOMESTIC TERRORISM. Plus there is one additional person being accused of the exact same crime. A Lake Havasu City Fire Dept. Arson Investigator.

I have contacted Lake Havasu City Municipal Government, as well as all 4 criminals pictured below. I also contacted their employers and made certain they are all aware of my website. I have stressed myself into 2 very serious heart attacks over this ordeal, and I'm NOT playing anymore. These 4 plus the arson investigator are all equally responsible for the ARSON of my house and the year of hell that followed.

Any of the 4 individuals flashing on your screen could be your neighbor, co-worker, and worst nightmare. The first two are ARSONIST brothers responsible for the ARSON of my house. The other two thugs are the cops that thought they were smart enough to cover it up. One of those two crooked ass cops was also being accused of covering up the r**e of a minor! And that came from within the police department.

The four individuals flashing on your screen are responsible for the ARSON of my home. In order, 1. Ronald Lynn Massey. 2. Timothy Joseph (T.J.) Wilson, Jr. (Thug 1's brother). 3. Lake Havasu City Police Capt. Lyin' Joe Fiumara. 4. Lake Havasu City Police Lt. Corrupt as hell, Richie Sloma.

I have been told countless times that with all of the evidence I have, there is NOT a judge in Mohave County that will EVER rule against Lake Havasu City Municipal Government, if they want to remain living and working in Mohave County. How do you fight a CORRUPT City Government? Sometimes you are forced to resort to fighting fire with fire, so to speak! The City of Lake Havasu has really deep pockets as well as several attorneys on staff.

Let me explain the situation. Thirty days prior to the ARSON, those demon spawn brothers caused over $25,000.00 in damage to the house, when I was forced to evict them. Lt. Richie Sloma decided the VANDALISM was a "Land-lord/Tenant" matter and definitely NOT a "Police" matter. He refused to accept or file a police report. Every single day for 30 days after the $25,000.00 in damage, the brothers posted threats on social media, of their intention to set the house on fire. Lt. Richie Sloma stated, "Making threats is NOT illegal". On day 31 the house went up in a blaze. Witnesses told Sloma that Ronnie and T.J. were seen running from the scene. The morning of day 32, LHC Fire Investigator Crooked Ass Nathan Adler informs me that he actually grew up in Havasu and hung around with Ronald Massey and his family. He then informed me he would be conducting a Felony ARSON Investigation, and I was not just the prime suspect, I was the ONLY suspect!!

The brothers posted threats to kill me on social media, Sloma again explained that "Making threats was NOT illegal"! T.J. then began showing up at our personal home, and causing thousands of dollars in damage to our property. Then the threats began about burning our personal home. That is Domestic Terrorism, no matter how you look at it.
