This one is really close to my heart. My clients were first-time homebuyers when this HUD foreclosure caught their eye, and I had the honor of helping them get the keys. Fast forward a few years, and 802 Kildare Ln became the jewel of the neighborhood. Through their vision, sweat equity, and a great eye for design, they turned it into something truly special.
