Big things are happening!
I'm excited to share that Masterminds Real Estate, in partnership with Divine Acquisitions, has acquired 32 acres that we're preparing to develop into a luxury home community.
Our vision is to create a community that offers the perfect balance of privacy, space, and upscale country living. The plan is to develop spacious 3-acre tracts with beautiful luxury homes, giving future homeowners the opportunity to enjoy room to grow while experiencing the quality and lifestyle they deserve.
Projects like this are why I love real estate—taking raw land and transforming it into something that creates value for families, strengthens communities, and leaves a lasting impact.
We're grateful for the opportunity to continue investing in growth and bringing quality development projects to the market. This is just the beginning, and we're excited about what's ahead.
