We are pleased to announce another significant medical malpractice verdict. Dr. Silver and his insurer, TMLT, denied responsibility for paralyzing an innocent man for more than 5 years. They refused to offer even a penny to settle. A Collin County jury unanimously held them accountable with a record breaking verdict.

We are pleased to announce that partners Steve Laird and Seth McCloskey secured two of the state’s top verdicts in 2022. The firm achieved the 3rd largest medical malpractice verdict in Texas with a unanimous $9.2 million jury verdict on behalf of a 52-year-old patient left a paraplegic following a botched spinal surgery. Our team is also honored for a $120,000 verdict in a case involving a collision with a cyclist, which ranked 51st among all motor vehicle accident-related verdicts in the state.
