When you buy a home you're signing up for a chore list. Home ownership is great but it comes with cost and time. This particular home in East Fort Worth had significant foundation problems mainly related to non-watering of the foundation. This resulted in plumbing work needing to be done. What you're left with is lots of stress and a big bill. This is why we mention an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure! Little chores today can prevent big bills tomorrow.
