A miraculous & rare event -- SCOTUS gives a 9-0 Opinion declaring that the oft used "exception" to our right to be secure in our property called "caretaker exception" is NOT a "stand alone" doctrine giving government agents a blanket authority to search and seize a home without a warrant.

In the world of Constitutional Law and defense of our Right to be secure in our property and our Right to keep & bear arms THIS IS HUGE.

Justice Alito makes it clear this does not impact Red Flag Laws. Although that is definitely true, I do feel this is an encouraging shot across the bow to at least to indicate this court will be willing whittle away at that power & property grab.

It's not complete restoration of Rights but it is a giant leap in a small corner that has been historically the most abused portions of our Bill of Rights (2nd & 4th Amendments).

We didn't get here overnight. It is going to take time, courage, perseverance, and sacrifice of time and resources to get where we need to be. But it is possible and this is the proof.
