At 5:00 pm today I joined the ranks of the “retired”. After 20 long years working for Mansfield I’ve finally cut ties with the city that I gave my heart and sole to. After the actions the Mayor and council took this summer in running off the best City Manager in the country for absolutely no reason, I knew it was time to go. MUCH MUCH more on that later....Stay Tuned. Today is a time for me to celebrate and enjoy my 12 hours of retirement because at 8 am tomorrow the next chapter begins. I’m pleased to announce that I will serve as “ Of Counsel” to the Alband Law Firm. Many of you know Navid Alband. When you have called me on occasion in need of a lawyer I’ve always sent you to Navid. The firm also has Francisco J. Balderrama, a young attorney who is well versed in immigration law.
