Run leads and go over all of the prospects options when it pertains to getting out of foreclosure or selling their home. We provide full paid training. You must have a reliable vehicle to run appointments in and carry yourself professionally. Must be a people person and easily talk with and direct others. Must be a quick learner and a go-getter. Must be able to think outside the box. We will provide you with all the necessary tools to be able to make an offer to the prospect. We pay hourly for the training and then a hefty commission when you’re out of training. Pay is negotiable depending on experience and how fast you catch on. We will be writing up contracts and making offers to buy peoples homes.

Go to each location provided and set up an appointment for your manager to go back and go over all of their options. You will be dealing with people in foreclosure and must have an easy delivery. You must have a reliable vehicle to use for these appointment settings. All locations will be in Tarrant,Johnson, and Dallas counties for this pay rate. You will have to provide proof that you went to each location. You will receive a bonus for any sales that we make from your appointments. If you have kids or need a flexible schedule this is the job for you. We pay bonuses for hitting your weekly appointments as well. We are family owned and operated and pride ourselves on treating our employees like family.
