As a Soldier in the U.S. Army for almost 24 years…. It’s still difficult to say “Happy” Memorial Day.

Being deployed to Iraq, I saw firsthand the casualties that occur during war. Nevertheless, we remember, we honor, and we respect those who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we could live free because of the brave.

Thank you to those who served AND paid dearly for OUR freedoms. May we never forget.

I hear this often: “The other parent is trying to alienate me from my child.”

Parental alienation is a serious allegation. And yes — if the other parent is bad-mouthing you, interfering with your time, denying access, or actively undermining your relationship, that is something your attorney needs to know.

Because when necessary, we apply legal pressure.
