When your client is Clear to Close, closing is scheduled in a week, and Texas is fixing to do an impersonation of the arctic circle. I represent the buyer but I know the listing agent is an hour and a half away. Volunteered to go do ice prep with seller's permission because it takes teamwork to get to closing.

Sometimes it just looks a little different.
