HEAT TAPE! HEAT TAPE! HEAT TAPE! The best advice anyone can give is to make sure your heat tape is plugged in and in working order. Make sure it touches the floor and goes all the way to the ground. Make sure your lines have insulation on them! Also make sure your skirting is properly in place!
