Especially the most run down beat up vacant house on the block! I try and buy 4-5 homes a year to rehab and 80% of the time they will be older historic homes. I love to show the transformation of my homes and find that many people also enjoy watching the progress. I have recently started taking on rehab projects for clients who have historic homes they are looking to renovate and sell. You will fi
