Auto-brewery syndrome sounds unbelievable, but it is a real medical condition that can cause a person to register alcohol in their system without ever taking a drink.

Cases like this are a reminder that not every accusation tells the full story. In criminal defense, facts matter, science matters, and jumping to conclusions can destroy lives.

When someone is facing an OWI or other criminal charge, a proper defense means looking deeper at the medical evidence, the testing, and the full context — not just accepting the first assumption.

Every case has a story. Our job is to make sure it is actually heard.

D.W.I.s, relationship problems, accusations of secret drinking: Auto-brewery syndrome can wreak havoc on people’s lives and reputations.

This decision balances the right to counsel with the trial's truth-seeking function. Defense attorneys, ensure your consultations focus on these protected areas to stay compliant! ⚖️
