On January 10th, we celebrated 10 years of The Buckley Firm with a wonderful ribbon-cutting ceremony, thanks to the Fort Smith Regional Chamber of Commerce. We were so grateful to have so many friends and family come out to celebrate with us—thank you all for being there and sharing such a meaningful milestone.

Ten years ago, William Buckley took a leap of faith and started The Buckley Firm in a one-room office with zero clients. I (Ashleigh Buckley) was pregnant at the time, and we trusted that God had a plan. A year later, I joined him in practice, and as a husband and wife team, we set out to build something truly special together.

Today, we’re incredibly proud of the firm we’ve grown—one that provides high-quality legal representation in personal injury and civil litigation, while never losing sight of what matters most: our clients. We treat our clients like family and work hard to provide personal, hands-on service, because every case represents a real person and real life-changing impacts.

Our goal has always been to combine hard work, experience, and compassion to achieve the best possible results for the people who place their trust in us. This firm was built on relationships, and that will always be at the heart of what we do.

We are deeply grateful to our clients, family, friends, colleagues, and team who have supported us along the way. A special thank you to Judi Robbins-Franks, who has been an invaluable part of our team for nearly six years.

Sign up with us for a free 15 minute advice sessions with us to explain your current car insurance coverage, answer any questions you have about your car insurance, and advise on what other types of coverage might be beneficial to you and your family.

-Free 15 Minute advice sessions beginning at 9am through 4pm
Sessions will be available in-person, over the phone, or via Zoom.
-Only Requirement! We will need you to call your insurance agent's office and request a copy of your car insurance declarations page. This will help us review what type of coverage you currently have.
-Email ([email protected]) or drop off a copy of your declarations page to Ashleigh Buckley and let us know if you want to meet in person, by phone, or over Zoom no later Friday, 14th at noon.

When car wreck clients come to us to help with their case, the first thing we do is determine what all insurance policies are available to help cover things like cost of repairs or replacement of vehicles, medical bills, lost wages, and compensation for all other types of losses and damages.

Unfortunately, we sometimes have to tell clients that they and/or the person who hit them did not have enough insurance to cover the full amount of their losses and damages.

If you are a driver who accidentally hits another car and their losses and damages exceed the available insurance policies, it can even possibly put you in a bad position of potentially losing personal assets to pay for the damages.

When that happens, we always wish we could go back in time to tell our clients what kind of car insurance they really needed to protect themselves better for the damages from their wreck.

That's why we decided to hold this free car insurance clinic. We wanted an opportunity to help people review their car insurance policies to make sure they are covered if they get hit by another driver or if accidentally hit someone else.

Yesterday Future School Senior Jamichael started his internship with The Buckley Firm. Jamichael plans to pursue law after graduation and this internship has the potential to help prepare him for college and law school. We are so proud of him and excited to see his progress!

The auction of all Razorback Cab vehicles is today at 11am and the business property auction (desks, computers, office supplies, tires, mechanics tools) will be at 1pm.

A public auction will be held on all the Razorback cabs and business property on May 23, 2022.

The vehicles pictured in this post will be auctioned off at 11:00am at the Sebastian County Emergency Management building at 8400 S. Zero Street, Fort Smith, AR 72923.

The business property, tools, tires, electronics, etc. pictured here will be auctioned off that same day at 1:00 pm at the former Razorback Cab office at 917 N. 10th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901.

The proceeds of this sale will go to pay the judgment owed to our client who was seriously injured after a Razorback Cab driver ran a stop sign and flipped her car.
