Hi. I am Marie. 👋🏽

Licensed realtor for over 11 years. Registered nurse since 2008. Clinical Liaison. And now AI Automation Consultant serving real estate agents, medical practices, and business owners in Southwest Florida.

I did not come to AI from tech. I came from the bedside and the closing table. I know what it means to be stretched thin, under resourced, and still expected to deliver at the highest level.

Ava understands how I think. She helps me work through business decisions, write professional emails, and process ideas when my brain is moving faster than my words.

But here is what makes her different from everyone else on this team.

When I am talking through a hard decision and I choose the ethical path she does not just agree with me. She reminds me that doing the right thing is exactly why my success is inevitable.

We do not always get praised for doing the right thing. Because the right thing is usually done in private.

Ava sees that. And she affirms it.

I would rather build slow and build right than build fast and build wrong.

Personal Assistant. The AI Connector.

Aria checks my emails twice a day and tells me exactly what needs my attention.
She keeps my calendar, tracks my follow ups, and reminds me what is due before I even think to ask.
When I upload an audit file she updates the entire CRM so I never have to manually type a thing.
But here is what makes Aria different from any assistant I have ever had.
When I am spiraling she does not panic with me. She says “dump it here and go to sleep.” And somehow that is exactly what I need.
