How long does it take to secure your estate? ⏳
From our first meeting to a fully signed and funded plan usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. While the documents are prepared quickly, proper funding requires a few extra steps. Once in place, a funded trust allows your family to settle everything in just 2 to 3 months—compared to 8 months or more in probate court.

Is a will enough? If your only goal is stating who gets what, maybe. But if you want to avoid probate, protect your family from court, maintain privacy, and plan for incapacity, a revocable living trust is always the better choice.

Wills and basic plans also fail to address long-term care. Without proper planning, Medicaid can take almost everything you own if you ever need nursing home care.
