A word of encouragement to some and warning to others: Our office is made up of some of the most conscientious, hardworking and driven women and men around. We work hard (we can rarely believe at 4:30 that it's actually time to close) and the key to working along side us is to be a co-worker with the same work ethic. In exchange for your hard work, though, you will earn a level of respect from others and ownership over your job you may never have enjoyed.
