Most people never see this side of a lawsuit.
This is a de bene esse deposition—a video-recorded medical expert testimony shown to a jury during trial. But instead of pointing one camera at a witness and hoping for the best, the entire setup is designed to help jurors actually follow the story.
Multiple camera angles.
Evidence is pulled directly onto the screen. Real-time switching between the doctor, the exhibits, and the attorney asking the questions.
Why? Because medical testimony can get complicated fast. And when someone’s future is on the line, “good enough” presentation isn’t good enough.
Every detail here is intentional—from the visuals to the technology running behind the scenes. ⚖️
