If you are a newer or younger Real Estate agent with your entire career ahead of you.,I want you to see your future. You are in the biggest wealth-building industry in the world, but as an agent you just have a small piece of this huge real estate pie. You can be ordinary in this business, or extraordinary. Extraordinary is exactly that…extra. What do you offer your clients that other agents don’t? Learn what others won’t so you can accomplish what others can’t. If ordinary is comfortable for you, you won’t need to read any further.
But here are the stats from the NAR…87% of the people who get a real estate license today are out of the industry within 5 years. That’s ordinary. Is that good enough for you?
Don’t limit yourself!. Expand the way you think and the way you do business. You really need to take a long view to see what this can mean for your future, the futures of your children, and beyond.
Very few people your age have such advantages. No other generation has ever had such advantages. But it is up to you to utilize them. If you do, you can go anywhere you want to in this industry and you can actually live life the way YOU want to live it!
Your generation thinks differently. You don’t want any part of Corporate America. You don’t want to be told what to do, how to do it and when to do it, when to come to work and when to go home, how to dress, where to live…how to live your life. You want control…you want to work from home, you want time freedom, individual freedom, mobility, leisure time and a chance to smell the roses while you are young enough to enjoy that. Aren’t I correct about this?
Real estate is one of the few things that offers all of that. What we are talking here is diversification…developing additional income streams and ways to keep more of the money you earn.
You really can’t do this as just a lister and seller. 74% of the wealthy 1% have attained that wealth through a combination of business ownership (which you already have) and real estate INVESTING. None of these people are agents. With this kind of knowledge you can take real estate as far as you want to. The sky is the limit! I believe that every real estate professional in the country should have these tools in their real estate toolbox.
I want to show you the Business and Education Model of the Future and what I think is the best concept in real estate that I’ve seen in my 50-year career. I only wish something like this had been available to me when I got my license at age 25. But it wasn’t possible then…the technology just wasn’t there. It is now!
Offer your clients things your competitors don’t even know about. Set yourself apart. That is how you can compete with those 20 to 30 year veteran agents who already have established themselves For example, show your clients how they can save tens of thousands of dollars in interest on any kind of installment debt…mortgages, car loans, credit cards…even student loans! They will tell everyone they know about this realtor who told them about something that no other agent had ever even mentioned. That is the best kind of advertising…a personal recommendation from a trusted source. You may never need to buy another lead again! And this is just one example.
Does this make sense to you? Isn’t it worth at least a conversation? Only you can answer that. Achievers are risk takers. Are you confident enough in yourself to do that? You certainly owe it to yourself to at least check this out and it won’t cost you a dime to find out about it. You don’t know what you don’t know! Help your clients, help yourself. Ask me how.
