New since Oct. 1: Florida treats fraud on a rental application, like forged pay stubs, fake IDs or impersonating the applicant, as a felony. It is also reported to support a short 7-day termination notice. Document damage with dated photos, give your master-policy carrier written notice, and keep a log of every emergency decision and expense. Check these 3 things on your notice:
