The Polsky Group specializes in working with buyers, sellers & investors of real estate in South Flo Real estate is more than just a career to Brandon and Eli.

The Polsky Group was formed in 2017 when two brothers, Brandon and Eli Polsky, decided to follow their dream of building a business together. Both Brandon and Eli graduated from Florida State University with backgrounds in Economics, Marketing and Real Estate respectively. As South Florida natives, Brandon and Eli have always been enamored with how their local communities have undergone massive changes throughout their lives and this led them towards pursuing a career in real estate. Brandon began his career working for a private investor and developer where he gained experience in residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, property management and real estate development. Brandon’s fundamental understanding of real estate from all angles offers clients a real estate advisor they can trust in all of their endeavors. Eli began his career working in commercial real estate as a marketing representative for a firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Eli eventually became the Director of Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Digital Content Creation. During his two years with the firm, the brokerage sold over $25 million in commercial real estate. Eli’s background offers clients an experienced and creative marketing advisor who can ensure that their listing is being marketed to its full extent. The Polsky Group was formed in August of 2017 and the team hit the ground running. In their first year with RE/MAX, The Polsky Group was able to win the Rookie of the Year Award and become a member of the RE/MAX Executive Club. The following year, The Polsky Group rose the ranks to become the #1 Team for Listings Taken, #1 Team for Listings Sold, #1 Team for Sales Volume and the #2 Team for Total Transaction Sides while also becoming a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club. In 2019, The Polsky Group grew their business by 24% and then ultimately decided to join the best brand in real estate in Compass. The Polsky brothers pride themselves on providing clients with a unique hands-on approach that a lot of other agents seem to have abandoned as technology became increasingly prevalent in today’s world. This approach makes sure every client receives the personal touch they deserve throughout the buying or selling process.

Did your South Florida listing expire without selling?

An expired listing does not always mean there was something wrong with the home. Sometimes the issue comes down to pricing, positioning, marketing, presentation or simply the overall strategy.

We’ve helped a number of South Florida homeowners successfully sell properties after their previous listings expired, and we recently put together a guide explaining what homeowners should consider before putting an expired listing back on the market.

If your home is currently sitting on the market, approaching expiration or already expired, this may be helpful before deciding what to do next.

We’re always happy to offer a complimentary, no-pressure second opinion on an expired listing anywhere in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another 5 Star Client Review

Some real estate transactions are simple. Others require persistence, communication and a lot of problem solving.

We recently helped our client Johnny sell his condo in Miami, and what started as a straightforward sale became much more complicated due to issues with the condo association.

We stayed on top of every detail, continued working through the obstacles and kept pushing until we got the transaction across the finish line.

We truly appreciate Johnny trusting us throughout the process and taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.

If you are thinking about selling a condo, home or investment property in Miami or anywhere across South Florida, we are always happy to be a resource.

JUST SOLD!

17100 N Bay Rd. Unit 1614
Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160

Another expired listing SOLD in South Florida. 🌴🏡

This Sunny Isles Beach condo had previously been listed with another agent for six months without selling. When we took over the listing, we knew it needed more than just another round of marketing. It needed a new strategy.

We repositioned the property, created stronger buyer interest and generated multiple offers before getting it SOLD.

If your home or condo in South Florida has been sitting on the market, recently expired or is approaching the end of its listing agreement, that does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with the property. Sometimes the pricing, positioning, presentation or overall strategy simply needs to change.

As South Florida listing specialists, we help homeowners evaluate what happened the first time around and build a new plan designed to get results.

Thinking about relisting an expired property in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Dade County, Broward County or Palm Beach County? We would be happy to provide a complimentary listing review and market analysis with no pressure.

JUST SOLD!

9661 NW 44th Ct.
Sunrise, FL 33351

Helping a longtime friend become a first-time homeowner made this one extra special.

The home had been beautifully remodeled, but a remodeled home doesn’t always mean everything is perfect. During the home inspection, we found several items we wanted addressed before our clients moved forward.

We negotiated a deal that not only secured our clients a credit at closing, but also required every repair to be completed properly before closing.

And we didn’t just take the seller’s word for it.

We went back to the property twice with our inspector, Mauricio Major League Inspections to verify the repairs and make sure everything was completed the right way. Because when you’re buying a home, especially your first home, having a Realtor who stays involved through inspections, negotiations and the final walkthrough can make all the difference.

That’s what representation means to us. Our job isn’t just to help you find a home. It’s to protect your interests throughout the entire home buying process and make sure you feel confident about one of the biggest purchases you’ll ever make.

If you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking to purchase a home in South Florida, we’d love to help you navigate the process from the initial search through closing.
