🚨FOR BUYERS🚨 For those who are considering on purchasing a home and feel uncertain during these times I wanted to point out a few things:

🏠 1. Interest rates are as low as they have ever been! In the low 3%, and based on financial experts it’s looking to get lower in the next couple weeks. This is HUGE when buying as you can get a great home with less funds going towards interest.

🏠 3. Banks are still offering great programs and opportunities so you can buy the home you are looking for!

This month marks a full year of actively working in my journey of Real Estate with ! Today I woke up and had no idea I would be receiving this recognition. I have exceeded OVER 1 MILLION DOLLARS in sales in 2019! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This past year I had my ups and downs. and I bought our first fixer upper which veered me to a whole other direction mentally, and I had no idea the things I was accomplishing behind all the chaos and stress!

It’s a great start to my career. This number represent all the people I’ve been able to help this past year. Thank you to my clients for trusting me.
