United your service today is the worst of any airline I have ever experienced, for the second time. The two times in my life I hated traveling was with you thru Denver and today. Flights delayed, then cancelled after hours of we will be boarding. New flight, as we Board lady falls not wanting a wheelchair and the pilot timed out! Your communication between the desk and your app so terrible. Your staff not helpful and full of excuses. Your system and notifications are not accurate and give false hope
To those in congress who think its okay to play with everyones lives. Please return TSA and Air Traffic Controllers, you are creating havoc that does not help the people you serve.
Pi**ed waiting for a captain to just get home.
