Growing up, entrepreneurship was in my blood. At just 10 years old, I started helping my mom sell roti & curry on weekends, watching her hustle and try new things to bring in extra income. Little did I know, this was the spark that would ignite my own entrepreneurial fire!
Fast forward to college, where I launched my first official business venture: web design. I designed websites for small businesses and even Myspace pages for reality TV personalities. This opened the door to social media management for athletes and entertainers, which eventually led me to become a trademark lawyer after law school.
Through my diverse experiences as a business owner and strategist, I've gained invaluable insights. Here are the top 3 things I wish I had known from the start:
1️⃣ Dream BIGGER! 🌟 Don't limit yourself or your vision. Aim high and believe in your ability to achieve greatness. Your mindset is the foundation of your success!
2️⃣ YOU determine what success looks like for you 💪Your success may not look the same as someone else's success.
3️⃣ Don't change the goal, change your METHOD! 🎯 If one approach isn't working, don't give up on your dreams. Instead, adapt your strategy and find new ways to reach your objectives. Flexibility is crucial in the ever-changing business landscape.
Remember, success is a journey, not a destination. Embrace the ups and downs, learn from your mistakes, and never stop pushing forward! 💯
