We had a presentation and a tour of properties in Broward county that can or are Section 8. The guys that gave the presentation own the most Section 8 properties in the County. They shared their business model in how to get financing, acquire and own section 8 properties. Broward county gives the most money for vouchers. It was a great tour and learning experience.

Happy Saturday Everyone!! I just finished a walk-through of a property in Dade County. The owner reached out from a referral. She is older and the property needs allot of work and she is tired and can't afford to do the work. She wants to retire in Broward county closer to family in a 55+ community. I am going to go back crunch some numbers and realistically tell her what/if I can purchase the property. Hope everyone has an amazing day!!!
