WE’RE HIRING — ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
The Elliot Legal Group is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
This is a full-time, in-office civil litigation position for a Florida-licensed attorney who is ready to take ownership of matters, work directly with clients, and independently appear and argue motions and evidentiary hearings.
What We’re Looking For:
• Active membership in The Florida Bar, in good standing
• Civil litigation experience; attorneys at various experience levels are encouraged to apply
• Ability to independently handle courtroom hearings
• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills
• Commercial, business, and real estate litigation experience is preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
• $75,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience

• 10% origination bonus on revenue actually collected from clients independently originated outside of firm resources, for the life of the client relationship, while an employee of the firm.
