With the ongoing rise of mortgage rates, buyer demand is correcting back towards pre-pandemic levels. This trend can be seen in the decline in showings year over year for the past few months as well as the decline in overall pace of existing home sales.

There is little more frustrating than thinking you have found the perfect one and watching it go under contract while waiting for the rest of an offer package.
